One of my favourite things about DGSB is the diversity of lessons. A few of my favourites are Design Technology, Science and Maths. The level of responsibility increases dramatically from primary schools, making lessons much more enjoyable. The teaching staff are incredibly supportive, meaning that you can quickly progress in any subject. The assemblies are informative and the opportunities are immense. Overall, DGSB is a brilliant place to learn and develop!

I have always loved the superb academic, sporting, and brilliant artistic vibe of DGSB. Ranging from inter-house Sports Day, football competitions and quizzes, the special days in the calendar are always exciting, bringing out the competitive nature between the houses. The staff at DGSB are extremely welcoming, supportive, and understanding towards students and always put students first. Currently, I attend two music clubs every week which progress up to the end of season concerts, where students display their skills made over the period, each concert is just as entertaining for parents and fellow students to watch.

I was nervous about starting DGSB as my primary school was very small. After a few weeks I had settled in and adjusted to the amount of work. My favourite part of DGSB is how it opens me up to lots of new things and how I've fallen in love with sports.
