On a ranger led tour at Wildwood, students discovered about the lifestyle, habitat, diet and conservation of the European Brown Bear, European Bison, Konik Pony and Wild Boar amongst others.

Within the woodland habitat, students sifted the leaf litter for invertebrates. They also collected live specimens using pooters and classified them with identification keys.

A great educational day, which was thoroughly enjoyed by students and staff.
