Certificate Information for Candidates

Examination Certificates 

If you wish to collect certificates your examination certificates, then you must email the Data and Examinations Manager to book an appointment at exams@dgsb.co.uk.

If you wish to nominate someone else to collect certificates on your behalf you must email the Data and Exams Manager identifying who the nominated individual is. Certificates will not be released to anyone other than yourself, the nominated person must also bring along a form of ID with them.

Your certificates are important legal documents that you will need throughout the course of your career. Employers, colleges and universities often insist on seeing original qualification certificates. Please make every effort to collect your certificates and keep them safely.

We cannot keep certificates in school for extended periods of time. Replacement certificates will cost you over £40.00 from each exam board.
